AI-Tutor
Learn to code with AI. Then without it.
An adaptive C++ and DSA tutor. A placement test finds each learner's level, every answer is graded by running the code in an isolated sandbox, and hints step up one level at a time instead of handing over the answer.
- 483
- Exercises verified in the sandbox
- 207
- Lessons, one per level of each skill
- 711
- Placement paths tested
The problem
Most coding platforms measure how much a learner has completed, not what they can do, and AI help never stops. A learner can read code well and still be unable to write it, and one progress number hides that gap.
How it works
- Two scores per skill, reading and writing, which move only on code that actually ran and was graded.
- A placement test that adapts as it goes: a beginner is placed in a couple of questions, an expert in about 26 instead of 40. Every one of the 711 possible beginner paths was tested.
- Each answer runs in a fresh, offline sandbox, and our own judge gives the verdict, not the AI.
- Hints climb a five-step ladder and fade as the learner improves; the answer is the last step, never the first.
