Nidanos (New Delhi, India) runs this website. This notice covers what we do with the details you send us through it. Our products, like AI-Tutor, have their own privacy policies.

What we collect

Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, email address, and if you add them, your phone number, your website and your message. If you message us on WhatsApp or by email, we get what you send there.

The site sets no cookies and has no advertising or tracking scripts. Cloudflare, which hosts it, counts visits without cookies and without identifying you.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry, prepare a project review or quote, and, if we work together, to run the project. We never sell your details or use them for unrelated marketing.

Who helps us handle it

• Cloudflare hosts the site and receives the form.
• Brevo passes the form on to our inbox.
• Zoho Mail holds our inbox.
• WhatsApp (Meta) carries the messages you choose to send us there.

Some of them process data outside India, which the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 allows.

How long we keep it

If we don't start a project together, we delete your enquiry within 12 months. If we do, we keep project correspondence for as long as the law requires us to keep business records.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and you can complain to us or to the Data Protection Board of India. Write to hello@nidanos.com; we reply within 7 days.
